Return & Refund Policy


We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our inventory so customers can buy with confidence; your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding GST) and 25% restocking fee. Please note that all potential returns must be in original packaging, unworn and unused, with original tags attached and instructions included, if applicable.

If 14 days have gone by from the date of purchase, the returns offer stands null and void.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items not eligible for Returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your return request should be emailed to [email protected]

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund for Damaged Items

We fulfill orders carefully to ensure that your items are protected in transit. In the event, that an item arrives broken or otherwise damaged, you may return it for a full refund (excluding taxes, import duties, shipping cost) to be issued in the original form of payment. We will process your refund upon receipt of return and may take up to two billing cycles to post, depending on payment method. We shall reimburse return shipping charges as store credit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If we approve your request, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your wallet. You may request to transfer to your original method of payment, but may have a delay of certain amount of days as per banking norms.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your wallet or bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, if so. It may take some time before we officially posted your refund.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before they post a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You are welcome to exchange any item for either a different color or size or another item of equal or lesser value from another product line. If you prefer, you can also request a store credit for the full purchase amount (excluding taxes, import duties, shipping cost). We will process all exchanges upon receipt of return. Please note that all potential exchanges must be in original packaging, unworn and unused, with original tags attached and instructions included, if applicable.

If you need to exchange it for the same item if they are defective or damaged, send us an email to [email protected] with the purchase details.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.


To return your product, email us and receive a return shipping location.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (except for damaged goods). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over INR1500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost, diverted, or damaged in transit. For your protection, we recommend choosing a carrier that offers insurance and traceable shipping (i.e., tracking and/or delivery confirmation).
